Founded in 2010 as Taylor & Hov Events, Venture and Vow Events is the evolution of over a decade of creative excellence, strategic execution, and unforgettable experiences. What began as a boutique wedding planning firm has grown into a full-service event company known for its seamless production, elevated design, and personalized approach.

At Venture and Vow, we don’t just plan events—we craft experiences that speak. With a unique blend of expertise in fine stationery, custom gifting, and high-level branding, we specialize in creating immersive, detail-rich environments for weddings, corporate gatherings, and brand activations. Sugar Taylor

Sugar Taylor brings over 15 years of event planning and design experience in the DMV area, with a distinct talent for transforming creative concepts into beautifully executed, immersive experiences. As a seasoned Creative Director and multidisciplinary artist, her expertise spans graphic design, print, and fine art.

Sugar’s signature is her ability to turn any space or element into a bold design statement, weaving visual storytelling into every layer of an event. At Venture and Vow Events, she leads with an eye for detail, ensuring every visual component, from large-scale installations to the smallest accents, reflects intention, beauty, and impact.

Sofiat Abdulrazaaq

Sofiat Abdulrazaaq, JD brings over 15 years of operational expertise, grounded in a dynamic background that spans executive leadership, contract and privacy law, and program management. Her strategic approach ensures that every detail is accounted for, no stone is left unturned, when it comes to planning and executing complex events.

At Venture and Vow, Sofiat is the engine behind budget oversight, reporting, and seamless execution. Her precision, legal acumen, and operational rigor keep every project on track, on budget, and fully aligned with client goals.
